Summer Reading

The Library’s annual Summer Reading Program is Read, Renew, Repeat! Running from Tuesday, June 18th through Friday, August 2nd, participants can register online at wspl.readsquared.com or in-person at the Library.

Read any books that you would like - fiction or nonfiction, in any format you prefer - to earn entries for the prize drawings! As an added bonus, this year Adults will also have the chance to win a small item of their choosing if they attend a library program.

There are 5 age-based tiers to the Summer Reading Program, each with its own set of missions, mini-games, and prizes!

  • Read-To-Me program for kids age 0 - 1st grade
  • Children’s program for kids who are entering into grades 2 - 5 
  • Tween’s program for kids entering grades 6 - 8 
  • Teen program for 13 to 18 year olds 
  • Adult program for ages 18+

Adult

Adults are invited to join in the Summer Reading shenanigans. For each book you read, an entry will be added into the prize raffle. We will have two grand prize winners but many chances for runner ups. Winners will be chosen at the end of summer reading in August. As an added bonus, this year you'll also have the chance to win a small item of your choosing if you attend a library program. To participate, stop by the Adult Services desk or register at wspl.readsquared.com
