While the Library remains closed to the public, we are currently planning on introducing curbside pickup of West Springfield materials beginning Monday, June 1st. 

To place up to ten items on hold and schedule a pickup time, please call 413-736-4561. Items can also be requested by logging into your online account. Patrons with holds awaiting pickup will be contacted by staff to arrange a curbside pickup time. This new weekday service is being offered between 9 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 4 PM.

As a reminder, our book drop is currently open for returns. Please know that all previously checked out materials have been automatically renewed through July 1st, and fines will not accrue on these items.
